We’re delighted to welcome IslandWorks as the newest client of Big Brick Media.
IslandWorks at Dockyard Church in Sheerness is a hub for coworking, events, and community meetings and of course an amazing Coffee Lounge serving up some amazing food and drink. Keeping a space like that running smoothly takes more than a website. It takes reliable Wi-Fi for members, AV that just works when a room is booked, a point-of-sale system that doesn’t skip a beat, and email that reaches the right inbox every time. That’s the full picture we’ll be looking after.
What we’re supporting
Website: Ongoing management and development of the IslandWorks site, keeping it fast, secure, and up to date.
Emails: Reliable, properly configured email infrastructure for the team.
In-house tech: Hands-on support for the physical systems that keep the space running day to day:
- Wi-Fi, for members and guests alike
- AV equipment for meetings, events, and everything in between
- Point-of-sale systems for smooth day-to-day transactions
Why it matters
A coworking and events space lives or dies on the little things working reliably ensuring the Wi-Fi that doesn’t drop mid-call, the card reader that doesn’t hang, the TVs for presentations are ready to go. Our job is to make sure IslandWorks’ technology stays quietly out of the way, so the team can focus on the people who walk through the door.
